To celebrate Rock Coast Roller Derby's 15th anniversary, we're hosting a Skate-a-Thon on Saturday, May 2nd from 4-6pm at Midcoast Rec in Rockport!

This family-friendly event invites skaters of all levels to hit the track and make every lap count. Rock Coast skaters will take to a regulation derby track and the public will be invited to skate around the perimeter of the arena for an hour of continuous skating, cheered on by friends, family, and supporters who can pledge donations per lap or contribute a flat amount to support their favorite skater.

After the main event, stick around for an open skate with optional fun challenges like limbo, shooting the duck, and backwards skating!

No skates? No problem! Midcoast Rec has roller skates and blades available!

We are so excited to bring the community together in support of local athletics and recreation. With music and movement this Skate-a-Thon is more than a fundraiser; it’s a celebration of community spirit, determination, and the joy of rolling together.

- Keeping our sport affordable & accessible for all
