Grand Raggidy Roller Derby is offering three Basic Training sessions in 2026. This years final session starts Sunday, September 13, 2026.

🏅 No experience? No problem!
Whether you’ve never strapped on skates or are dusting off your old pair, we’ve got you covered. We will teach you everything from skating basics to mastering the hits and understanding the rules of roller derby. Plus, you will get the chance to be part of an empowering and supportive derby family.

✅ Safety first - We make sure every skater feels strong, skilled, and ready before stepping into gameplay. Learn at your own pace, build your strength, and discover your place in a welcoming, empowering, and supportive roller derby family.

⏰ Program Timing? Six weeks program on Sundays at | 9:00–11:00 AM with Coach Boomer. Optional practices include: Mondays 7-9pm, Wednesdays 7:15-9:15pm

📍Where? GR Skate & Event Center, Kentwood Michigan

💰Cost? No cost to check it out.
Future costs includes: monthly league dues, personal gear, and annual WFTDA Insurance.
